Our Zırh-style Adana kebab is made from finely minced lamb meat, which is ground using a large, traditional blade (known as "zırh"), enhancing its flavor and tenderness. It is seasoned with special spices and grilled over a flame. Served with arugula, parsley, pickled jalapenos, onions in summer, watermelon and radish in winter, a special spread, and fresh flatbread.
